Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Manufacturing Engineer located in Aguascalientes, Mexico.
The Manufacturing Engineer role involves plans, directs, and coordinates manufacturing processes by providing technical support and maintenance of manufacturing methods by performing the following duties in the manufacturing phase of the product lifecycle.
What a typical day looks like:
- Supports production processes by applying standard work, work instructions, and basic industrial engineering methods to ensure stable and repeatable operations.
- Participates in Lean Manufacturing activities, supporting waste reduction through 5S, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assists in the development and update of AMEF (FMEA) and Control Plans, identifying potential process risks related to assembly operations and supporting mitigation actions under guidance.
- Support line balancing activities, helping analyze workloads, cycle times, and operator distribution to improve efficiency and flow.
- Assists in the definition, review, and improvement of assembly work methods, ensuring quality, safety, and proper product handling.
- Monitors basic production indicators such as output, defects, and rework, supporting basic problem‑solving activities.
- Apply basic knowledge of PCBA assembly and SMT process flow only to understand process sequence and coordinate with related areas when required.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to support process discipline and operational stability.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- Bachelor´s or Industrial / Mechanical, Electrical Engineering Degree
- Intermediate English
- Tools Knowledge: AutoCAD, Solid Works, Macros
- Standard Time, OBC operator balance chart, Tkt.
- Microsoft Office skills. (PP, Word, Excel)
- Programming logic Knowledge.
