Find your calling at Mercy! The Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing skilled nursing services to patients in their homes under the direction of a physician. This role requires the ability to assess, plan, implement, document, and evaluate patient care outcomes. The RN delivers high‑quality, patient‑centered care while promoting safety, independence, and overall well‑being in the home setting. Position Details: Mercy Northwest Arkansas - Home Health Registered Nurse, FT Days Who We Are: Mercy Home Health serves patients of all ages – infants to adults. We provide acute skilled care for patients that need nursing, PT, OT, and ST in hopes that patients will make improvements or get back to their baseline and can be discharged back to self-care. Our RN positions are full time – hours worked are mainly Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm with about 2 weekend days and 2 call days per month. Coverage: Benton County and parts of Washington and Carroll County. Home health offers great flexibility within the workday, independent patient scheduling and time management. Minimum Qualifications: Education
- Graduation from an accredited nursing school. Must be an experienced RN.
- Current state RN licensure.
- Valid driver's license.
- CPR certification required.
