Description

The EM Learning Executive is responsible for coaching and support, leading training and programs, and facilitating strategic initiatives across their assigned Sales department.  Learning Executives are also responsible for managing special projects and initiatives as assigned by the VP of Emerging Markets. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the execution of new hire emerging market development programs on a monthly basis
  • Lead trainings and host events as requested across all levels of sales development, from internship programs through new manager trainings, in addition to leadership development programs
  • Effectively communicate with new hires, emerging market reps, and emerging market managers
  • Create, rollout, and manage emerging market LMS courses & resources
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of assigned learning programs through surveys on an ad-hoc basis, as well as weekly and monthly reporting
  • Create and maintain Emerging Marketing training content across all assigned enablement platforms
  • Conduct needs analysis within the assigned region(s) or division(s) to determine knowledge gaps and additional training needs


Qualifications

Education/Certification: Bachelor's degree

Experience:

  • 2+ years of Paycom B2B sales experience in the field with proven track record of sales success
  • Advanced product knowledge in all Paycom modules
  • Proficiency in sales skills, executive presence and persuasion 

Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong executive presence required to interact with and support SR-level executives
  • Ability to work in a results-oriented, rapidly changing environment that requires collaboration across multiple departments and levels of management
  • Ability to masterfully manage details with strong emphasis on time management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Advanced written and oral communication and presentation skills
