- Provide comprehensive IT Asset Management (ITAM) support.
- Track and manage complex, dynamic sustainment processes.
- Manage license and hardware lifecycles from initial conception through End of Useful Life (EoL).
- Research, track, and update End of Support (EoS) and EoL status for all software assets.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and execute optimal asset reassignment.
- Maintain and administer OEM portal accounts for lifecycle management of licenses and hardware.
- Validate and respond to official Data Calls.
- Manage the filing, recording, and delivery receipt verification for Purchase Orders (POs) and invoices.
- Develop accurate cost estimates and contribute to programmatic spend planning.
- Generate and maintain Monthly Dashboards and Master Tracker updates.
- Produce detailed ITAM deliverables including Meeting Minutes and Action Items Logs (encompassing Updates, Tech Edits, and final Delivery).
- Conduct peer reviews for team deliverables to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Represent the ITAM function at critical engagements, including Meetings, ELA Syncs, Procurement Syncs, and Monthly ITAM Meetings.
- Provide dedicated program support, resolving daily inquiries and providing research assistance to Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and leads.
- Proactively notify customers of upcoming asset renewals, modifications, or status changes.
- Provide supplementary ITAM, program, and customer support as dictated by mission needs.
Qualifications
Required Skills / Education:
- US Citizen. Ability to obtain a secret clearance.
- BS and 0 years' experience. 4 years of experience in lieu of degree.
- Experienced in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Excellent people skills.
