What You'll Do
You will partner closely with the Vice President of Operations and organizational leaders to support performance across departments and service lines. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role where you will:
- Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
- Support leaders in addressing complex operational challenges
- Lead and contribute to cross-functional projects that improve efficiency, access, and patient experience
- Build tools, reports, and dashboards that support informed decision-making
- Translate data into clear, actionable insights—and help others apply those insights in their work
- Serve as a thought partner and resource to leaders across the organization

Preferred Background
- 2–5 years of experience in business, analytics, consulting, healthcare, or a related field
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills - MBA or MHA
- Experience working on projects or solving operational challenges
- Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
